Role Summary/Purpose
Based in Egypt, this role is responsible for achieving targeted sales and profit objectives from a defined business territory, in accordance with the regional Business Plan. This position is responsible for increasing revenue by generating sales from new and existing customers, optimizing the Sales/Service/Support relationship, managing his/her direct reports to ensure achievement of sales objectives and implementing appropriate controls to optimize business in his/her area.
Essential Responsibilities
· Sales - Develop and implement a sales plan for assigned region aimed at achieving and exceeding sales turnover and financial return, within the most cost-effective route and time frame. Target new business accounts and opportunities as well as existing customers.
· Strategy â Develop and implement a strategy for area to generate future growth
· Finance - Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities within designated region, using sales tools and applications. Prepare and participate in business reviews/forecasts for General Sales Management, to ensure a constant flow of information.
· Management â Manage the sales force activities providing them appropriate level of developmental coaching in terms of training, resources, customer relationship support through the use of internal Company practices and processes
· Competition â Drive analysis of competitive and market activities in his/her area. Keep the GM informed of approaching challenges and issues to ensure optimization of Business opportunities.
· Communication â Drive and cascade Company communication within his/her area.
· Customer Satisfaction â Take ownership of customer complaints and satisfaction challenges in his/her area. Develop and implement an action plan to increase NPS.
· Compliance â Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and processes to ensure Integrity
· Quality â Maintain effective Quality System compliant with ISO 9001/EN 46001
· EHS - Comply with the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Policies and applicable laws and regulations. Complete all mandatory EHS training. Actively participate in accident & incident investigation and follow up. Maintain defined levels of housekeeping & ensure a clean, clear workplace and participate in EHS inspections. Identify and correct hazards and unsafe conditions.

Role Summary/Purpose
This position supports the strategic plan for the Region, ensure and drive a coherent sales strategy across the GE Healthcare business in the Zone and optimize use of resources to cover market potential. The incumbant will be responsible for leading all GE Healthcare sales activities in the Zone to achieve the Operating Plan, via both direct & indirect channels.
Essential Responsibilities
Directly manage Account Managers and works with the Product business leaders in the Region to coordinate the activities of the Product Sales Specialists to bring maximum results & NPS.
Achieve all GE Healthcare equipment sales objectives: orders, revenue, and contribution margin, together with service sales revenue, customer satisfaction & retention while staying within allocated base cost budget.
Actively identify & drive boundaryless selling opportunities. Promote Service offerings, identify and escalate commercial service needs.
Acts as a primary customer point of contact in the Zone and represents One GE Healthcare in case of multimodality projects and cross-P&L business events.
Responsible for the overall development of the sales teams, in collaboration with the Product Leaders. Develop & implement account management strategy for the Zone. Sets sales targets for the Account Managers within the Zone.
Facilitate effective communication & trustful collaboration within the Zone. Drive Zone Operating mechanisms.
Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities in the Zone. Provide on-going feedback to management, modalities and marketing.
Know Key Opinion Leaders in care areas, manage professional relations with government & administrative bodies in Zone.
In coordination with other stakeholders, develop and implement GTM strategy in the Zone in order to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Together with the Product business leaders in the Region, build direct and indirect distribution channels to capture key segments of the market.
In cooperation with the Modalities and Marketing teams, drive One GE Healthcare marketing events in assigned Zone.
Pro-actively monitor and escalate service issues in assigned Zone to drive customer NPS.
Support digitization efforts through the implementation & routine usage of business planning, forecasting tools.
Ensure knowledge of and compliance of integrity and company policies.
Geographic scope: Zone
Quality Specific Goals: Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Identify and report any and all customer or personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education to Bachelor Degree level, MBA an advantage. 10 years experience in High-tech industry sector, with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market Minimum 5 years experience in related medical industry.Strong people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.General business management, including ability to analyze financial needs accurately and establish budget effectively.High level presentational skills, able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
